Factors such as learners’ knowledge levels, difficulty level of learning content, characteristics of the learner (learning styles, cognitive styles), and their preferences are used in adaptive e Learning systems to customize the content, navigation, presentation (media and layout), and materials/tools [38,39].
Despite widespread use, there are important gaps in knowledge regarding e Learning.
