One of these investments is in the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN), which aims to promote diversity among undergraduate, graduate, postdoctoral, and workforce career stages through mentorship and mentoring tools [5,6].
NRMN provides resources (eg, culturally responsive mentoring and networking) remotely through a portal, NRMNet, for the biomedical, educational, and workforce pipeline [5].

Charts were used to describe the frequencies of categorical variables (age groups, gender, qualification, etc), and mean and SD were computed for continuous variables (scenario completion time, AR usability, mentorship effectiveness, self-confidence, and skill performance scores). The continuous variables were assessed for distribution using histograms, box-whisker plots, and tests of normality, which confirmed the nonnormal distribution.

Six Practical Strategies to Mentor and Sponsor Women in Academic Medicine
Both mentorship and sponsorship contribute to the success of physicians and scientists in academic medicine. Nevertheless, current definitions of these concepts lack clarity and insufficiently capture certain aspects of best practices as they apply to academic medicine. This may lead to negative effects that disproportionately affect women and people from underrepresented groups.

Supporting Midwifery Students During Clinical Practice: Results of a Systematic Scoping Review
Clear guidance on how to conduct mentorship training and a need to identify interventions to support midwifery practitioners in mentorship is likely to improve the clinical support of midwifery students in clinical practice. Disregarding mentorship improvements poses the risk of employing unprepared and unsafe practitioners who are detrimental to health care outcomes.

Mobile platforms can be used to not only provide CPD education but also complement CPD through peer-to-peer and mentorship engagement and interaction. Although there have been a number of studies that have evaluated the efficacy of digital and mobile health (m Health) technology for providing CPD to health care workers, few studies have evaluated the potential of digital health, specifically m Health, in providing peer interaction and mentorship for sustained education and training.

Considering the low level of health data use among health workers, the Amhara Regional Health Bureau (ARHB), in collaboration with the University of Gondar (Uo G) in Ethiopia, introduced the Capacity Building and Mentorship Program (CBMP) in 2019. The initiative has been implemented in five selected districts of the region since then. However, information was meager about the effectiveness of the intervention on the use of information in the study area.
