The ability to control the environment of unproctored web-based examinations is also questionable [19]; for instance, cheating is a commonly reported challenge in web-based assessments [20]. Kennedy et al [21] reported that 57% of students and 64% of faculty members believed that it is easier to cheat on web-based examinations than on traditional examinations.
