Considerations for the Design and Implementation of COVID-19 Contact Tracing Apps: Scoping Review
For the second research question, which addresses the engagement of users in the development of contact tracing apps, we selected the Montreal model established by Pomey et al [42], as it focuses on the experiences and knowledge of patients and citizens regarding their health, trajectory of care, and related services [43]. It draws on the Patient and Family Engagement Framework proposed by Carman et al [44] to include a multidimensional assessment of patient engagement in health innovation [45].
