Performance of ChatGPT on Nursing Licensure Examinations in the United States and China: Cross-Sectional Study

Performance of ChatGPT on Nursing Licensure Examinations in the United States and China: Cross-Sectional Study

The difference between the correct rates of Chat GPT 4.0 and Chat GPT 3.5 in answering the Chinese version of NNLE theoretical MCQs (P (A,B) VENN diagram shows the correct and incorrect intersection of NNLE theoretical MCQs in different large language models (LLMs). (C,D) VENN diagram shows the correct and incorrect intersection of NNLE practical MCQs in different LLMs. (E) The correct rate of NNLE theoretical MCQs in various LLMs. (F) The correct rate of NNLE practical MCQs in various LLMs.

Effects of Information Architecture on the Effectiveness and User Experience of Web-Based Patient Education in Middle-Aged and Older Adults: Online Randomized Experiment

Effects of Information Architecture on the Effectiveness and User Experience of Web-Based Patient Education in Middle-Aged and Older Adults: Online Randomized Experiment

To support intervention designers in making informed choices that enhance patients’ learning, this paper describes a randomized experiment concerning the effect of IA on the effectiveness, use, and user experience of a patient education website and the theoretical mechanisms that explain these effects. In addition, the study explores the benefit of tailoring IA to specific user profiles. IA concerns “the structural design of a shared information environment” [9].

A Medication Adherence App for Children With Sickle Cell Disease: Qualitative Study

However, more research is needed to evaluate the mobile app’s efficacy and effectiveness for self-managing SCD using careful methods and theoretical underpinnings [19]. A 2013 Cochrane review of asthma self-management apps [21] concluded that future app-based interventions should be underpinned with relevant theoretical frameworks to identify the impact of individual app features on patient outcomes [19].

Implementation Intention and Reminder Effects on Behavior Change in a Mobile Health System: A Predictive Cognitive Model

Implementation Intention and Reminder Effects on Behavior Change in a Mobile Health System: A Predictive Cognitive Model

A theoretical framework for long-term behavior change based on recent cognitive neuroscience that proposes dual systems: A system of mechanisms that supports volitional goal-striving and a system that supports habit formation and execution. ACT-R as a mechanistic and predictive dual-system theory of goal-striving and habit formation. ACT-R predictions regarding the effects of different reminder schedules on the strength of memory for implementation intentions.
