Exploring Technical Features to Enhance Control in Videoconferencing Psychotherapy: Quantitative Study on Clinicians’ Perspectives

However, the Australian Psychology Society suggests the following principles to guide the choice of platform for psychotherapy: (1) a client-centered approach to their choice of technology, (2) VCTs that are fit for purpose, and (3) VCTs that meet privacy obligations. Privacy, ethics, and legal aspects are incumbent areas to be investigated [3,74], as therapists are generally unaware of the laws regulating these matters in their countries [75].

Empowering Health Care Actors to Contribute to the Implementation of Health Data Integration Platforms: Retrospective of the medEmotion Project

Empowering Health Care Actors to Contribute to the Implementation of Health Data Integration Platforms: Retrospective of the medEmotion Project

We built the med Emotion platform to be secure and compliant with legal standards to be fit for purpose for real-world health data. The platform enhances decision-making and stakeholder collaboration by facilitating comprehensive analysis of integrated real-world health data. To guide and showcase the data integration platform developed in med Emotion, we defined 2 real-world use cases for distinct disease areas.

Simulation of Contraceptive Access for Adolescents and Young Adults Using a Pharmacist-Staffed e-Platform: Development, Usability, and Pilot Testing Study

This study sought to develop an e-platform app called Birth Control Pass (BCPass) to simulate pharmacists prescribing contraceptives to AYA, test the acceptability and feasibility of pharmacist-delivered contraception among AYA as a proof of concept, and determine the concordance between pharmacists and providers on the appropriate contraceptive method(s) to be prescribed to participants. This study occurred in 2 phases.

Comparing the Quality of Direct-to-Consumer Telemedicine Dominated and Delivered by Public and Private Sector Platforms in China: Standardized Patient Study

Private DTC telemedicine operates as a self-contained for-profit institution, with services provided by platform physicians or doctors with multiple practices. The pricing can be carried out according to the market law [9]. Around 2010, private enterprises, such as We Doctor and Haodf, took the lead in launching online health care, providing physician comments/ratings, appointments and referrals, and postconsultation management, which is the prototype of China’s DTC telemedicine.

Digital Phenotyping of Mental and Physical Conditions: Remote Monitoring of Patients Through RADAR-Base Platform

Digital Phenotyping of Mental and Physical Conditions: Remote Monitoring of Patients Through RADAR-Base Platform

The cross-platform (Android, i OS) Cordova Active Remote Monitoring (a RMT) app for active monitoring of participants requires conscious action (eg, questionnaires, audio questions, timed tests), and the Passive Remote Monitoring (p RMT) app, a native Android app, does passive monitoring (without direct action from participants) via phone, wearable devices, and Internet of Things. A high-level overview of the platform is shown in Figure 1. Overview of the RADAR-base platform.

Design of Digital Mental Health Platforms for Family Member Cocompletion: Scoping Review

Design of Digital Mental Health Platforms for Family Member Cocompletion: Scoping Review

In this scoping review, we differentiate the term “platform” from the term “intervention.” We define “platform” as the tools, infrastructure, and technical foundation behind the delivery of an intervention, including interface characteristics such as the design, layout, and delivery mode. We define “intervention” as the mental health–related content that is delivered via the platform.

Furthermore, in terms of factor analysis, factor 1 linking AAS, citations, Mendeley, and Twitter likely suggests that for strabismus research, there is a degree of overlap regarding the user bases or networks between Mendeley and Twitter, despite the former being considered a platform largely used by academic professionals as opposed to the more widely public microblogging service [18].

Efficient Use of Biological Data in the Web 3.0 Era by Applying Nonfungible Token Technology

Efficient Use of Biological Data in the Web 3.0 Era by Applying Nonfungible Token Technology

Therefore, relying on the programmability of NFTs equipped with the corresponding service platform, we can achieve “dynamic consent” through smart contracts [22,23]. This approach places participants at the center of biobank governance, ensuring their data are only used with explicit consent. Patients can access “real-time” information about research projects and easily grant or revoke consent.
