Studies recognized that a facilitator for successful cybersecurity training was when employees created their own cybersecurity goals and action plans [24,29]. Ali Alferjanya et al [24] expanded on this point by suggesting that this was facilitated by the inclusion of staff supervisors to aid staff with creating their goals. Enhancing Clinicians’ Use of Electronic Patient-Reported Outcome Measures in Outpatient Care: Mixed Methods Study

A systematic search was conducted using the following keywords: compliance, evaluation, barrier, facilitator, challenge, plan, intervention, and strategy. This yielded 56 files. These were then screened for data pertaining to factors facilitating or impeding clinicians’ use of PROMs or strategies aimed at enhancing their use, followed by data extraction. If files referred to other files, these were also considered for inclusion.

Implementation of Patient-Reported Outcomes in a Medical Oncology Setting (the iPROMOS Study): Type II Hybrid Implementation Study

The facilitator supported the implementation of the intervention, including being available in-person to support patients to complete the PROM, and staff to obtain the PROM report, if needed. Facilitation actions have been reported as a part of the study findings [13]. This study took place in the medical oncology outpatient department in a large tertiary teaching and training hospital in Southeast Queensland, within the largest public health service in Australia.

Preimplementation Evaluation of a Self-Directed Care Program in a Veterans Health Administration Regional Network: Protocol for a Mixed Methods Study

Interviews will be semistructured and conducted by at least two qualitatively trained project staff, including 1 facilitator and 1 dedicated notetaker. In the event 2 project staff are unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, 1 facilitator will conduct the interview and the notetaker will watch the recorded interview to develop notes. Interviews will last about an hour, with leadership interviews lasting about 30 minutes, and will be conducted via Teams (Microsoft Corp).
