Quality Assessment of Web-Based Information Related to Diet During Pregnancy in Pregnant Women: Cross-Sectional Descriptive Study

Prior to the full analysis, both reviewers conducted a pilot assessment on a subset of 5 websites to refine the coding framework and confirm a shared understanding of the evaluation criteria. Any discrepancies during the content analysis were resolved through consensus discussion, with additional input from a health care professional when necessary. This process ensured interrater agreement and strengthened the reliability of the evaluation.

Algorithmic Classification of Psychiatric Disorder–Related Spontaneous Communication Using Large Language Model Embeddings: Algorithm Development and Validation

Algorithmic Classification of Psychiatric Disorder–Related Spontaneous Communication Using Large Language Model Embeddings: Algorithm Development and Validation

Recent advancements in large language models (LLMs) have opened up exciting possibilities for quantitative assessment of neurological diseases [7,8]. Due to their transformer architecture, LLMs project strings of text (sentences, paragraphs, etc) onto a high-dimensional embedding space that represents the semantic and syntactic relationships between words and phrases. In this embedding space, linguistically similar texts are geometrically co-located.

Assessing ChatGPT’s Capability as a New Age Standardized Patient: Qualitative Study

The discontinuation of the USMLE Step 2 Clinical Skills examination in 2022, for instance, highlighted the risks of relying solely on in-person SP encounters for assessment [5]. In the 21st century, virtual SPs have emerged. These are computer programs that simulate specific illnesses and respond to learner inputs [6]. They have become invaluable tools in both teaching and assessment.

Telesimulation in Medical Education for High-Acuity Low-Occurrence Procedures and Clinical Encounters for Physicians and Medical Trainees in Emergency Medicine: Protocol for a Systematic Review

Telesimulation in Medical Education for High-Acuity Low-Occurrence Procedures and Clinical Encounters for Physicians and Medical Trainees in Emergency Medicine: Protocol for a Systematic Review

Telesimulation is a type of SBME that has been defined as the use of telecommunication and simulation resources to provide education, training, assessment, and debriefing to learners at an off-site location [19]. The role of telesimulation is an active area of research in procedural task training, debriefing, and instruction delivery in critical care fields such as emergency medicine [19]. Using telesimulation, the instructor does not need to travel to the learners and vice versa.
