Health Care and Social Work Students’ Experiences With a Virtual Reality Simulation Learning Activity: Qualitative Study

In an earlier study, Lie et al [7] explored how virtual reality can stimulate emotions and, thereby, facilitate learning in higher health care education from the faculty’s point of view. The authors indicated that faculty members emphasize that virtual reality simulation needs to be contextualized in educational programs. Further, they find that allowing students to reflect in a safe setting with faculty members is vital [7].
