This study aims to evaluate the performance and consistency of 2 AI models, Chat GPT-3.5 Turbo and Chat GPT-4o mini, in solving the questions of a non-English language (European Portuguese) written medical examination, with a format of multiple-choice with one best answer—the 2023 National Examination for Access to Specialized Training (Prova Nacional de Acesso à Formação Especializada [PNA])—and compare their performance to that of human candidates.
