Given this intricate background, there is an evident need for validated tools to assess the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) of health care professionals in the domain of travel medicine in Italy. These tools can offer a snapshot of the national scenario and potentially unveil a new path for health care professional training.

This study seeks to address this by investigating Taiwanese community pharmacists’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) toward COVID-19, as they play important roles in controlling the pandemic by disseminating accurate information, educating customers on preventive measures, and serving as the distribution center of essential supplies, which reached a broader population within the communities.
