3.9 content management system (Open Source Matters) will be developed by L Suppan for the purpose of this study. A survey component (Community Surveys Pro 5.5 Core Joomla) will be installed on the platform. L Suppan will be the only author to have access to the platform’s administration console. There will be no scheduled maintenance or update on the server during the study period. Once created, tested, and validated, the platform will not be altered before the end of the study period.

Only two authors (MS and L Suppan) had access to the administration console and data, which were stored on an encrypted My SQL-compatible database (Maria DB 5.5.5, Maria DB Foundation). Daily backups were performed throughout the study period. They were triggered by a cron job script and uploaded on a physically separate server through an encrypted connection. The front page displayed a comprehensive list of all LTCFs under Geneva health authorities’ jurisdiction (Figure 2).
