Chi-square tests and independent 2-tailed t tests were performed to compare participants’ characteristics and baseline outcome scores between the control and experimental groups. An analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was performed to compare participants’ posttest scores between the 2 groups by controlling for their age and pretest scores.

Participation in Virtual Urology Conferences During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Cross-sectional Survey Study

Data are presented as number (percentage) for categorical variables, and chi-square tests were used to compare the distributions of categorical variables. All the statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS 20.0 (IBM Corporation). From May 30 to June 15, 2020, we sent the web-based questionnaire to 368 Chinese urologists; 330 of them completed the survey, resulting in a response rate of 89.7%. Among the participants, 96.4% (318/330) were based at secondary grade A hospitals and above.
