The Safety of Telerehabilitation: Systematic Review
A scoping review by Yau et al [16] explored the association between telerehabilitation and adverse events. They found that adverse events were reported in 0.3% of sessions, with most being physical, nonserious or mild, and unrelated to the telerehabilitation intervention. While scoping reviews identify broad patterns in the literature, they do not offer in-depth assessments of study outcomes or assess the quality of individual studies.
