Telemedicine Prescribing by US Mental Health Care Providers: National Cross-Sectional Survey

See Table 1 illustrating study participation results. Participant count by stage. Demographic characteristics of the participants are summarized in Table 2 and Figure 1. The participants were largely White, non-Hispanic, and female, with a mean age of 51.2 (SD 12.4) years and primarily physicians and advanced practice nurses in smaller-sized practices. The most common specialties were psychiatry or psychiatry specialties. However, 28 (24.3%) indicated nonpsychiatry specialties.
