Consistent with the findings of Jansson and colleagues [16], our participants perceived the app content as sufficient to support and motivate unsupervised PA in park settings. Additionally, participants appreciated the intervention’s comprehensive structure, which included 3 components: the app, workshops, and unsupervised outdoor practice.
