While the geographic distribution of the sample was fairly representative, with participants from most of the US states and Canadian provinces (Figure 5), there were a few provinces and states with no participants, such as Canada’s northern territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) and Prince Edward Island, as well as Alaska, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Mississippi in the United States.
