After collecting social media posts from the r/Suboxone Reddit community, we randomly selected 6000 posts for further analysis. We identified 5 key themes from a subset of the data and then manually categorized the full data based on these themes, with each post potentially assigned 1 to 3 relevant themes. Finally, we analyzed a subset of posts from each category to identify the most common subthemes (herein referred to as topics) within each main theme. Figure 1 highlights the key steps of our framework.

Within an e-learning environment, the program guides the learner and provides ample resources while allowing them to “discover” much of the information and incorporate it as needed [40]. This is a self-directed program, where learners can move through the modules at their own pace, according to their schedules. Each learner is registered individually to the learning platform and has unlimited access to the program’s content.
