However, these connections remain underexamined in Southeast Asia, which may play a pivotal role in the prevention of HIV or STI transmission and drug-related harm [1-3], especially in highly populated urban centers with high concentrations of MSM and HIV prevalence among MSM populations, such as Ho Chi Minh City, where HIV prevalence among MSM was estimated to be 14.5% in 2009 and remains high [4,5].

Optimizing the Postcataract Patient Journey Using AI-Driven Teleconsultation: Prospective Case Study
All Dora-NL1 calls were recorded and subsequently reviewed by a clinician, who independently assessed symptoms and made clinical decisions based on the audio recordings while masked to Dora-NL1’s outputs and the regular care outcomes.
At the end of each call, Dora asked patients to rate their likelihood of recommending the automated system to others on a scale of 1 to 10.

The x-axis—Time (s)—denotes time in seconds, the y-axis—Channel—displays the left and right audio channels, and the z-axis—Amplitude (k)—illustrates the amplitude scaled in kilounits. The color gradient, as indicated by the color bar labeled “Amplitude Variation,” visually depicts the amplitude fluctuations within the auditory cue.
The VR task includes 1 trial with a ball appearing to the left (15° to the left), within a 30° horizontal plane and a 50° vertical plane within the limits of the VR room.
