A 10 m walking track will be prepared and marked (Figure 4 A). Participants will be instructed to walk for 5 seconds (repeated 3 times), then for 15 seconds (repeated 3 times), and then for 30 seconds (repeated 3 times) for 9 trials (Figure 4 B). Step counts from the Fitbit device will be recorded at the beginning and end of each trial. If participants reach the end of the 10 m track, they will be instructed to turn around and continue walking in the opposite direction.
