These divergent perspectives reflected the nuanced reality of digitally supported care in a low-income, high-need setting. In this study, most (16/19, 84%) older adults lived alone in subsidized rental housing and had limited or no regular contact with close family.

Real-World Characteristics and Treatment Patterns of Patients With Transthyretin Amyloid Cardiomyopathy: Protocol for a Multicountry Disease Registry Study

Each enrolled participant or his or her legally acceptable representative will be provided with an informed consent form (ICF) that outlines the study objectives, procedures, risks, and benefits, and clearly states that participation is voluntary with the option to opt out at any time without affecting their clinical care. All variables described below will be collected as part of routine clinical practice or following standard practice guidelines in the countries where this study is being conducted.
