For categorical outcomes, including the rates of misplacement and other related interventions, chi-square test will be used. In addition, proportional tests will be conducted to examine the differences in the frequency of interventions across the 2 groups.
The study will also incorporate a health care technology and economic evaluation framework to assess the cost-effectiveness of the AI system alongside its clinical effectiveness.

Lin et al [27] applied topic modeling to web-based reviews of dental care, finding that higher ratings were associated with female dentists, dentists at a younger age, and those whose patients experienced a short wait time. They also identified several topics that corresponded to Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) measures [73], including discomfort (eg, painful or painless root canal or deep cleaning) and ethics (eg, high-pressure sales and unnecessary dental work) [27].

Automatic Image Recognition Meal Reporting Among Young Adults: Randomized Controlled Trial
Chi-square and t tests were applied to examine the baseline characteristics of participants for categorical and continuous variables, respectively. The accuracy between different groups was reported as the proportion of error, calculated as the number of errors or total answer items. The time duration for operating assessment was also used to evaluate efficiency. As the time duration is a continuous variable, a t test was used to assess and compare the difference between the 2 groups.
