For example, Melendez-Torres et al [113] identified directive, provider-led goal setting as an important component of interventions. However, our null findings suggest that a more self-directed approach inherent with digital approaches does not mimic this, but perhaps an approach involving goal setting by or in consultation with a specialist might mimic this. A mix of complementary components is likely to be the most successful approach.
