Sodium Oxybate as a Potential New Treatment for Catatonia in Patients With Depression, Bipolar Disorder, or a Psychotic Disorder: Protocol for a Randomized Controlled Trial

Sodium Oxybate as a Potential New Treatment for Catatonia in Patients With Depression, Bipolar Disorder, or a Psychotic Disorder: Protocol for a Randomized Controlled Trial

Sodium oxybate will be titrated up to 27 g/day (4.5 g every 4 h). If, after 4 days of treatment, patients improve more than 50% on the BFCRS, they may continue sodium oxybate treatment for an additional 10 days. If no response or remission has been achieved, patients will, in general, receive ECT. However, this decision lies outside the scope of this study and is a decision made between the treating professional, the patient, and his or her legal representative, in case of incapability.

Terminology and Definitions of Racial Health Equity in Prominent Health Websites: Systematic Review

This study was part of a project titled “Centering Racial Health Equity in Evidence Syntheses” funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation [10,33], intending to evaluate and provide recommendations for centering racial health equity within evidence syntheses [34]. The protocol was reviewed and guided by an external steering committee composed of interest holders and is available through Open Science Framework and was published [35].

A Resource-Efficient, High-Dose, Gamified Neurorehabilitation Program for Chronic Stroke at Home: Retrospective Real-World Analysis

A Resource-Efficient, High-Dose, Gamified Neurorehabilitation Program for Chronic Stroke at Home: Retrospective Real-World Analysis

The target dose was consistent with a previous large telerehabilitation study that showed significant improvements in upper-limb impairment (42 h [29]). In contrast, training in this program was not limited to one body area [30-32] and could be achieved with multiple effectors (ie, upper-limb, hand, trunk, and lower-limb). Training dose was delivered via synchronous telerehabilitation and asynchronous training (Table 2).
